The two glorious towers, graceful and tall
Got hit by two planes that seemed so small.
As I watched on TV, all of the horror,
I thought about all the deaths that were soon to follow.
I pray for my country that we stand strong,
And I pray for the leaders that their decisions not go wrong.
I wonder how someone can do it....... take so many lives,
And then have people cheer for them and what they did as they laugh at our demise.

Is war in our future? I really don't know,
But with what my eyes have seen, I have to say so.
I don't want to go to war, but if we must, I'll stand my post
And fight beside my brother for the victims that were lost.
I'll fight for my country and what I believe,
I'll fight for my freedom in this desperate time of need.
We need to remember that God is on our side,
And He'll always be with us, even through these hard times.
