Accounting Manager --Deadline: April 26, 2012 by 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications include a B.S. degree or higher with a minimum of 24 hours of business-related courses such as accounting, finance or management; duties for this position include, but are not limited to, management of accounting, payroll, and student based budgeting; 12 month position.

Title I School Improvement Supervisor: Deadline May 9, 2012 by 3:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
   Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university; Valid Louisiana teaching certificate with authorization as a parish or city school supervisor, or Ed Leader 1 or 2 required; Certification in secondary education-focus on grades 6-12; Minimum of five years successful experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and/or administrator; Experience working with the School Improvement process and secondary education.

Homebound Teacher for the 2012-13 school year: Deadline May 9, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.
This is a part-time position and hours depend on the number of students in the program. Teacher must be able to work with students K-12 and serve as a liaison between family and school. Must have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license. Completed applications must be turned in to Cara Leggett no later than

Practitioner Teacher Program Northwestern State University will offer the  Practitioner Teacher Program this summer for those who are eligible to seek teacher certification via an alternate track. Applications are currently being taken for the classes beginning in June. Applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP to assure their acceptance into the program.  Information about the program and the application process may be viewed on the PK16 website.
